The earrings are beautiful and customer service is great. The earrings do not irritate our ears at all. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the earrings do not screw in enough, a stud earring dangles from the ear. There is no way to tighten them to avoid this.

Torn feelings as I purchased these for the secure backs and hypoallergenic aspects,but 2 days in and both backs fell off and earrings are missing.
