The product is definitely not what is described in the ads. The products are cheap flimsy and not as comfortable as promised. If I knew how to return them I would if you're thinking of buying any type of height augmenting inserts don't waste your money on these

There is a slight height boost, not as much arch support as would like. Height boost is very dependent on the shoe style, flat shoes like Hey Dude now very compatible, ankle height heel. Better to use with a mid-high heel type shoe.
