Lack of communications

I ordered the windshield on 2/3/25, l was told it would take a couple weeks because I ordered a custom color, I got a phone call telling me they were having trouble matching the color so it would be couple more weeks, no more information after that, they had taken the money out of my account on 2/3/25, l received the windshield on 3/21/25 only after I found the power and talk to their powder coater. The windshield looks great and the fit was also great. So the communications needs some improvement That’s why I gave it a 3
