Lovely bar, dosent strip my hair out, smells devine

I’ve been using the CurlsNLengths Rosemary Root Stimulating Shampoo Bar for several weeks now. As I’m going through perimenopause, my hair is thinning and I’m experiencing a lot of fallout. I was looking for a shampoo with rosemary, as I’ve read it’s a natural ingredient that can help promote hair growth. I came across CurlsNLengths online and, although I don’t have curly hair, I decided to give their shampoo bar a try. I’ve tried a number of products aimed at thinning hair and reducing fallout, but so far I haven’t found one that makes a noticeable difference. While I haven’t seen a change in the amount of shedding with this shampoo, I do find it an absolute delight to use. It smells amazing, is easy to apply, and a few swipes across the scalp is enough to create a rich lather. The bar leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean, and I’ve also noticed that my scalp is less oily, meaning I don’t need to wash my hair as often—I can now go 2–3 days between washes. Although my hair is still thinning, the shampoo adds volume, which helps disguise my thin flat hair The only drawback I’ve noticed is that I’m not entirely sure of all the ingredients, and it seems the bar may contain oat. Occasionally, I’ve found a few tiny flakes left behind in my hair once it’s dry, but they’re easy to shake out and don’t cause an issue. I will definitely be repurchasing once my bar runs out, although it may be a while as it hardly looks used!
