I have had other brands and none of them grip like these! I am literally sticking to the floor so I know I am not going anywhere in these socks during class!

Pilates grip socks

These pilates grip socks do really hold well when on reformer or mat for pilates. I am taking classes which require standing on the reformer and platform. These socks do hold well and not slip.
