I’m really impressed with the quality of these latex resistance loop bands. They’re incredibly resilient—much more than I expected! I ordered the light, medium, and heavy bands, and I’ll actually be ordering more of the light ones because the resistance is higher than anticipated in the best way. The color options are great and very true to life, which makes them easy to sort quickly in a studio setting. If you’re hesitant to order the light set thinking they won’t offer enough resistance, don’t be. The quality is fabulous, and the durability feels like it will hold up beautifully with regular use in my classes.
