Gorgeous blanket, such good quality. I would say colours are a little more muted than expected vs campaign pic but not obviously so.

Negative customer service experience

I requested to cancel my order prior to shipment due to package handing issues within my building, but customer service would not allow me to, despite the fact that my order had not yet been shipped. And seemingly shipped/escalated order day of, right after I asked if I could cancel.

Obsessed with my throw blanket, looks even better in person which is rare shopping online! Thank you so much :)
