For BYD Seal TPE Trunk Floor Mats

The trunk mat does NOT fit the BYD SEAL Excellence 2026 (MY26). Before placing the order, I specifically contacted customer support via chat and asked whether this mat was compatible with the BYD SEAL MY2026. I was told that it would fit. Based on this confirmation, I placed the order. Unfortunately, the mat does not fit at all — the shape and dimensions are different, as clearly shown in the attached photos. Very disappointing, especially since I checked compatibility with customer support before purchasing. The product description should clearly state that it is not compatible with MY2026, and customers should not be told otherwise by support.
