This set is a great value. I feel like you are getting your money's worth as this is cheaper than most outdoor couches and you get a whole set. The set is light, so the independent pieces do shift easily. However, I just used velcro straps to tie them together and it seems to hold them all together and from sliding around. The cushions are thick and firm. I think the thickness makes me think they would be soft, but that is not the case. It's a mental thing as you sit down expecting plush, but get firm. They aren't uncomfortable per se, it just takes a bit for your brain to adjust to the difference in expectation vs reality. I haven't experience the cushions sliding around too much, but did buy some grip pads just in case. Easy assembly. Although, my fire pit directions had me put the tank and door on the opposite side of where it really should go. The gas line can reach just fine, so not worth the effort to redo it.

Beautiful Set - Needs Better Stability

I love the set. I only gave a 4 because it requires some Velcro to allow the cushions to stay in place. Customer service was on point. Their response was excellent when I thought I was missing a piece. The jumped on it right away to let me know it was being delivered the next day. I am very satisfied with the product. My huge outdoor living space is now in a different level. Will highly recommend this product.
