I am very impressed with the patio ramp tent and look forward to using it. In the initial set up, the instructions were not very clear on placement of the velcro and the diagram was just a hand drawn sketch. It just seems that with todays Over the counter publishing software, they could have been better. My camper did not have the center screw in the door frame, so I had to go above the frame which then caused the 'elongated' washer (?) that the ceiling support goes in to not work. I will be going to the hardware store to see what I can find to replace. I also found it VERY difficult to install the U shaped frame by myself. I tried to follow the directions that I saw on the video and understood it would be more difficult with one person, but that is all I have. It could have been because I wasn't exactly level, but I was pretty darn close. I have put up many tents and it seems most utilize the fiberglass, flexible poles which may have been easier to use in setting up, but I am sure you designed the metal poles for added stability. The quality of the tent was better than expected and very pleased with it overall. I do hope as you continue to improve your product and any upgrades that are made, are communicated to current users of your product.

I got this for my forest river Salem toy hauler. It works amazing! Very easy to install and held up wonderfully that first night. Just had to have a major rain storm to test it out. For sure would recommend this product to others.
