A wonderful Beans

The shipping was quick and all 3 types of beans I purchased were fresh and ready to use. I made extract out of them and hopefully in a year they will be as wonderful as they appeared.

There is a rich chocolate undertone in these, it's crazy. It had such a deep rich smell, I added it to my mango ice cream base, goes so well with that bright strong mango. Can't get over how much I wished I ordered more of these!

As always, scent is hard to describe. First I'd say these are an excellent value, definitely recommend. Some beans smell "darker" or "heavier" or even more like dark caramel. These have all the smell but they smell lighter. More like a light caramel with a little bit floral. Hope that provides useful info for someone!
