Am having a cup while writing this review and am and enjoying it very much. In my opinion this is a well crafted well aged Nan Nuo that has mellowed over time but still retains a soft bitterness and light astringency. Great flavor and refined subtlety. I've also put a cake away to storage for another 5 or 10 years. This can only get better as it continues to age.
