We ordered three hinges from Hardware Source, and one was scratched. I sent an email to their customer support and attached photos of the damaged hinge. I received an email within hours stating that they were sending a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, that one was scratched too. I again reached out to the seller and sent photos of the scratched hinge. I received an email from a sales representative, and he included photos of a replacement hinge for me to approve prior to sending. They also are sending a label for us to return the damaged hinges. The replacements came very quickly. We will definitely use Hardware Source as needs arise.
