I make meals in a jar from my truck driver that can be microwaved. These divider cups have made it so easy for me to make them and for him to use them. Keeps the sauce mix ingredients separate from the main ingredients. I also use them for my iced coffee. I put the cold brewed coffee in the jar then put the divider cup on top and fill it with my homemade flavorings. When I'm in a hurry, all I have to do is fill my large coffee cup with ice then dump the ingredients from the jar and divider cup into it and I'm out the door! Everything is already pre measured and ready to go!
