Revive Hand Knotted Rug

Very much duslike. One small vacuuming with a gentle Dyson electric stick vacuum and the previously smooth rug turned to an oatmeal-like texture. I’d spent a large sum on other rugs from this company, one very large, room sized, for the living room, and none of them did this. I will look into returning it asap.
