Cookie Sandwiches

First time I took a bite of caramel pecan sandwich cookie my tastebuds did the happy dance! So good. Their carrot cake sandwich cookie is also very tasty. Thank you Chipmonk Bakery. It's about time someone made delicious desserts for for those of us who can't handle sugar. Great job!

Calorie count was way too high. The calories listed on the back of package is 180 and that is only for 1/2 of the cookie! Which is deceiving and unrealistic in my opinion

It’s hard to find a keto friendly cookie with good texture that is not dry and tastes like coconut. These are moist and really taste great!
