Excellent quality belt.

Excellent belt but embroidery very disappointing

Paul at Kinji San was very efficient and good to work with as I needed the belt quickly. I also needed it embroidered. The belt was for my son's first black belt and thus was really important. When I received the embroidered belt, to my great disappointment, the thread was punched all the way through and thus visible on the reverse side of the belt (and, of course therefore, backwards). Every black belt I have seen embroidered has the thread for the embroidery visible only on one side of the belt. Of course, I understand it would have been better had I specifically stated that, but given how common it seems to be, how costly this particular belt was, how terrible it looks and that I would hope the seller to be more expert than me, I would have wished for someone to at least ask whether or not I wanted the thread to appear only on one side. Now, there is not enough time left before my son's black belt test to have it re-done...pretty disappointed and there is no way for me to fix this.
