Really Good Vendor! One little thing....
Ordered a new GI following the size chart and when it arrived it was not even close. Way too big. Emailed and requested shipping label to return the GI and repurchased the right size. Everything was prompt and professional. When I received my refund I noticed that it was not in full. The return shipping was backed out of the refund. A correct size chart would have prevented the inconvenience in the first place. When one requests a return label, the assumption is that its to be paid for. Had I been made aware that I would be paying for return shipping, I may have selected a more economical method. The GI's shipped 2 day, but the shipping label I paid for was for 1 day for the return! I do think I would do business with this company again, but the return credit caught me off guard.
