return was not ok

I haven't yet received the product, but was dissatisfied with the process. I had to pay twice for shipping since the original one provided was too large and had to be returned. There was no information on the site about sized, so I had included a comment to help with the sizing, but nobody called to discuss, the product was too large, and then I had to pay to have it shipped twice. Don't like that at all.
