These are so comfortable for sleeping either on your side or stomach. They block out nearly all noise. Only a small issue - they do come loose sometimes.

Better than the generic equivalent

I’ve tried multiple brands of this style and this one is the best as they have a good blend of cotton and wax so they last a little longer and aren’t too sticky. While the dB seems on the low side, it is ample if they are inserted correctly (for sleeping).
