Fantastic service

I highly rate the service that I got from earjobs. I had an email conversation that that went back and forth with them narrowing down exactly what I was after and helping me with ear plugs that I had had trouble in the past. The result was they recommended these ear plugs and they actually FIT!! which is a miracle for me with small ear canals. I have always found any form of ear plugs/puds/pods etc etc difficult. So happy that I just had to purchase one that did the job I was after rather than having to try multiple options and brands to find the right thing. All thanks to great customer service!! Thank you.

Quietens the noise

The first night I could feel them in my ears, but by the second night I didn't notice them. I have barking dogs, and while I could still hear barking, it sounded a long way away. Quite enough to allow me to sleep.

Really poor customer service

After purchasing these earplugs, they did not filter out any sounds. They don't offer a satisfaction guarantee. Customer service advised I can purchase one of their different ear plugs as a solution and offered no customer satisfactory solution except spend more money on their earplugs. They could have offered me a refund or at the very least offered to send me one of their alternative ear plugs but instead chose to keep my money for ear plugs that didn't work for me nor offer replacement/varied ones. Not happy with this result and I would be very cautious on ordering with this company again. They have no sense of loyalty towards the customer nor provided customer friendly solutions.
