Cousin T's - Keto Pancake Mix

This is not the first time I have ordered your pancake mix and it certainly is not the last time I will order it. The mix is easy and delicious. I always put just enough oil to add a touch of crispness and the inside is just as light and fluffy as can be. My two grandsons, 6 and 2 years-old, requested second helpings!

Added a little pumpkin and vanilla to the keto waffle mix and they mixed up perfectly! Tasted great and chock full of protein! I really love Cousin T’s!

The keto pancakes are just what my family needs. I was afraid when I ordered it that the flavor would be lacking, since we're big fans of full-carb pancakes. I opened the package and it smelled like a cake mix. Once the pancake is on the plate, the cake taste fades to black, leaving a nice, eggy bread flavor. Although the flavor may not be as rich as the other flavors, the fact the carb intake is half what the others are gives keto pancakes a place in the world.
