The filter's Fit

The length of the filter was a little too long. I was unable to place the bottom cover plate fitting onto the bottom of the tower. I had to turn the tower right side up without a bottom cover plate. However my PureHome still works well.

Excellent customer service

I was looking air filters for my QuietPure Home air cleaner after the company who used to carry them went out of business and nobody else was selling the filters. After a lot of digging around, I found this company. I spoke with a very helpful employee who had also been disappointed the company closed and there were no options to get the filters for it and it is a very good and pricey air cleaner that suddenly was going to have to be thrown away if nobody was going to carry the filters. This company prevented that from happening and I’m very grateful. There was a wait of a few weeks while the new filters were being manufactured and these guys kept me up to date on the status. The filters arrived last week and the quality is even better than the quality of the previous company’s filters so….thank you so very much!!!
