Excellent product, excellent service!!

Excellent product. The quality is outstanding, and the color matches the photos perfectly. I had heard great things about this brand, and now I can personally confirm that the reputation is well deserved. I own around 12 watches with leather straps, and I already know this is the brand I'll continue buying from whenever I need a replacement or even want to upgrade the straps on some of my current watches. What impressed me just as much as the product was their customer service. There was an issue with the first shipment, but it was not their fault—it was caused by a delivery/address problem. Even so, they didn't hesitate to send me a replacement strap right away, with no hassle at all. That level of customer care says a lot about a company. They stood behind their customer even though the issue wasn't of their own making, and that kind of commitment is what earns trust and keeps customers coming back. I highly recommend both their products and their service.

This is the second strap I've bought from this brand (in XL). Excellent quality and finish.
