I would like to ask whether l should wait to charge either of the items (both the face and neck) until they are completely empty, or is it OK to charge them b4?

Loved everything about this! I had a solawave and this is a major upgrade. Comforable, fantastic coverage. I am petite and 5’2 but the neck piece actually covers the top of my breasts which was an added benefit. Also good neck coverage. Digital remote works great. Eyes are not bothered at all. Great protection, well made! One suggestion: it needs to come with a carrying case.
