Titanium Broadheads

Well, typically, I would give your product a five star because I love it. However, with this last batch, they only weigh 118 grains apiece. I have tried contacting customer service and have not received any contact back in over two weeks now. I am leaving tomorrow on my elk hunt now not able to use the broadheads that I had purchased for that specifically. If you guys would get back to me, I would be more than happy to change my review on these.
