I was in a bad place regarding my health and couldn’t get to try these beans which were sent just as I was warded in hospital. So I decided to place the vacuumed bag into my freezer and kept it at -22°C until last week and it still tasted freshly roasted. I love the cocoa and hope to order another as soon as I finish this package.
