For its size and price, this little tripod punches above its weight. It's the kind of support that lives in a camera bag or coat pocket and earns its place the moment you need a steady shot without lugging a full-size set of legs around.

For the price I would have expected the legs not to be plastic. Locking them in place can be hot or miss. I've returned to mine to find that it has fallen over due to a leg collapsing, fortunately my Dwarf Mini was not damaged. The head section itself is very good, and I like the clamping mechanism.

Neat Tripod

We’re impressed with this compact tripod as it’s easy to adjust and sits nicely on the ground. My only observation is that the level indicator isn’t visible when the tripod is connected to the Dwarf 3. The weather has been against us recently and so it hasn’t been used too much, especially as the wind makes the Dwarf wobble when attached to the tripod.
