Sublime Hand Knotted Rug

It's so beautiful

I love this rug so much. Compared to the photo online, the color is a bit darker, richer, more complex, with subtle shades of blue, charcoal, and black. The spotted white outline is an off-white/cream. The rug is unique to me because even though it's dark with a cool undertone, I think the off-white pattern warms the rug and my space up as you can see in my photo. The only drawback is that it sheds a lot. It's a bit peculiar because while there are no loose fibers floating around my apartment, I was able to fill a Trader Joe's bag with fluff after vacuuming. Also, some strands have come up out of the rug, but I just snip the excess. It doesn't bother me much, but I can absolutely see how it would bother some who I imagine have owned more luxurious high-end rugs.
