Great rug and great customer service!

Completely and delightfully surprised by the lovely quality of this rug. So nice to see something well crafted, and the cherry on top is that the price is so reasonable. Also, for the first time, a package was taken from my front porch. Customer service was very helpful and sent a replacement, which I was grateful for, especially seeing how perfect the rug is, I would have been so sad to miss out on that beauty. Thanks again for your help!
