We have been ordering from Cap and Gown Direct for about 8 years and they have never disappointed. Even though we are all the way across the country we have always received our orders on time even on short notice. Due to circumstance beyond the company, they were out of the 2021 charms. I had to order with the 2020 and get the 2021 somewhere else. A company rep called to make sure that I had not made a mistake. The employees are always very informative and helpful when I have had a question or concern. To top it off, their prices can not be beat!
