This was my second time purchasing a pair of Gordini brand mitts. My first pair had been well loved through four Midwestern winters, they’ve seen much better days. I decided it was time to upgrade, went to out local sporting goods store, and landed on the Stomp Mitt. I was set on having black ones, and decided to order directly from Gordini to get the color I wanted. Shipping time was incredibly quick. I received my mitts, but found a defect. Customer service was responsive within only a few hours of me reaching out and was able to help me get a replacement pair. Replacement was delivered to me in less than a week. I’ve had such a wonderful experience with their products and their customer service and support. I’m incredibly happy I decided to stick with their brand when I decided to upgrade my winter gear.
