Mini Pure Ashwagandha Root Capsules

I have received this product as a gift from purchasing other items from Forrest Superfoods. I am reasonably new as a customer so will most definitely purchase this product moving forward.

I can't take Ashwagandha because of my Graves disease so I gave them to my son, and he like them. I did take them for a short while but then read that they didn't mix well with Thyroid conditions.

Feel like I am getting a more restful sleep, and am dealing with situations that arise in a more confident and calm manner. This is after about 3 weeks!
