My Rujo Gavin boots

Two things. . . their customer service is awesome! My 1st pair of boots had a minor flaw so I contacted the customer service depot. and within 2 days a new pair of boots showed up to my house. Secondly, the new pair of Gavin's were flawless. The fit was perfect and runs true to size. Immediately out of the box, they were so comfortable and felt "broke in". All the stitching was perfect. The Ostrich finish looked great. I'll definitely be buying more boots from Rujo!

Exceptional Boots

I am satisfied with the two pair of boots I received. They were in pristine shape except the ostrich skin on the Gavin had pimples that were very loose and I was afraid they would eventually fall off completely. But, I cemented them down with a leather craft adhesive. Thankfully that worked. Overall I am pleased with the boots.
