I couldn't be happier with both my boots and the customer service from Rujo. This is my second pair of boots from them (and definitely not the last!). I'd ordered a gorgeous pair of Abby boots on sale, only to find on arrival that I'd ordered two sizes too small. I panicked (since they were on sale=no returns), but instead of making the process difficult, Rujo customer service was incredibly kind. They told me to send the boots back and they would take care of me–and they absolutely did. I shipped them back next day, and they sent the correct size out just as quickly. Smooth, friendly and stress-free. When I got them in the mail I was so psyched to put them on- they fit perfectly and the teal is gorgeous! As a fellow artisan, I have a deep appreciation for the skill care and attention that goes into the incredible work you guys do at Rujo. The quality and craftsmanship is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a truly well made and beautiful pair of boots :). Thanks for the positive experience!
