This boot exceeds my expectations. Beautifully made, stylish,great fit, great price. I love them. . . . I was grieving the pair I was replacing until I saw these. Rujo does it right. Will definitely order again.

Stunning
These boots were absolutely gorgeous; the look the feel the smell they were absolutely stunning! I had to return them unfortunately because they did not fit my feet.

beautiful boot but we got an IRR
the Boots are beautiful, but they had been out of stock on the 6. 5 for sometime and then suddenly a pair became available and we received them. They were gorgeous except the left boot was significantly wider at the ankle than the right boot. So it seems as though this boot is being sold and returned repeatedly and they don't have 6. 5 available for a different pair. I had to spend quite a few hours navigating the return to make sure that I got a refund. Customer service is awesome, but it was inconvenient and it took a long time and we can't get the replacement because they don't have it in stock. would love to get this boot in a symmetrical pair. But unfortunately, we're gonna have to go somewhere else because they don't have them.
