Very smooth! Better overall workout compared to traditional models. My whole family will benefit from adding this package, and my teenagers are using without me asking them too.

Speediance came through with excellent customer service. The rower is also excellent. It is very smooth and well designed.

The rowing bench is solid, well made and has very good weight to it. The seat moves and glides nicely. Now it’s not as great the professional ones you see in the gym but it does well.
