I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Responses are very slow, often taking around two days. Communication was difficult, and at one point they stopped replying entirely until I repeatedly followed up. The return and refund policy does not appear to be followed in practice. They also kept delaying the refund process and repeatedly suggested alternatives instead of processing my refund request. Eventually, I became tired of the delays and accepted another option. The customer service is among the worst I have experienced, and I will not purchase from this brand again. I am also dissatisfied with their pricing. They sell rebranded products manufactured in China while marketing them as a premium brand. I have clear evidence that their products are rebranded ODM products. I strongly do not recommend this company.

Works as Advertised! Slim 10k MAh chager with added extra of digital readouts for battery health, charge remaining, and chagine speed. Convenient stand as well buikt in. The Cosmic Orange was just too good looking to pass up.

This would be fantastic, but it randomly switches between charging at 2w and up to 11w but no higher, not even half the advertised charging speeds. I feel extremely ripped off.
