This is a vey good device and the company and staff are very helpful!. My one reservation is that the device seems not have any reset facility if it overheats and switches off. It can then only be used with boiling water as it will not heat up water itself. This has happened with three devices. I would think this could be sorted. So great device with one weakness .

Hands down, it is the best reliable portable espresso machine in the market in terms of quality, functionality and value. Been able to pull nice rich, smooth snd silky crema each time and with a well balanced flavorful coffee and an amazing taste notes. Fresh quality water, great fresh specialty single-origin roasted coffee and the right ground size coffee of course are great factors also in pulling these shots with this amazing machine. I strongly recommend Brevoy prtable espresso maker for those that are in search and are in the market for their daily use at home, work, long or short trips and / or camping. I can't wait to do a full Youtube video on this product so interested people in search of quality product could see.
