I have purchased your shoes for a long time and loved them. However, i am very disappointed in these shoes because they are stiff, inter sole isnt soft and were an overall disappointment. I ordered a pair for me and the black size 10 i ordered for a good friend. We are 87 years old and our feet are always cold. I havent mailed her shoes to her yet but i guess ill send them and let her decide.
