Caribbean Blue Bamboo Compression Socks

I liked the socks however the sizing is larger than the size chart measurements. I contacted customer service who send me a really great reply offering to refund or exchange my socks but then they never actually followed through on this. I've sent multiple emails with no further response or contact from them. Pity because I really want to order the correct size for my travels.
