Spotty Spice Bamboo Compression Socks

Wore these on 14 hour flight from Sydney to Dubai. So comfy, so fun (not boring black or looking like those white hospital stockings!) and zero swelling or aching.

I’d love to give more stars maybe I bought the wrong style for my leg? The feel of the fabric is lovely and I love the pattern, however the threads behind the pattern restricted the stretch I needed for my leg with Lymphodema (despite following the measurement instructions). I think a plain colour rather than a pattern will allow the desired stretch. If so then I’d give 5 stars

Extremely disappointing lack of customer service. I will never buy from you again, and will be sure to tell others. I originally contacted you on 29 July regarding the compression socks I purchased. In my email, I explained that although I had tried the socks, they are unfortunately not suitable for me. The upper edge is far too tight and digs into my leg, particularly where I have varicose veins, leaving a deep indentation. As a result, they are uncomfortable and unsuitable for me to wear. As your website advertises a 99-Day "Love It or Your Money Back" Guarantee, I requested to return the socks for a full refund under this policy. I also asked for the return procedure and any return authorisation required. Your response was: "Thanks for reaching out, Coleen. I am sorry to hear that the compression socks aren't a comfortable fit for you. I have escalated this to our team, and one of them will be in touch shortly to assist you with the return process." Unfortunately, despite this assurance, I have not received any further communication or instructions regarding my return. I am disappointed by the lack of follow-up, particularly given the money-back guarantee promoted on your website.
