FLANERIE SE - Carry-On Spinner

Lovely look, lower quality than I'd have expected.

I literally never leave negative reviews and hate doing this because this is a lovely piece of luggage, but I needed it to be functional much longer. The case has been used twice and sticks on the button that lifts and lowers the luggage handle. It's only ever been used as carryon, and I had to carry it the last time I was in the airport because the handle was being temperamental. I opened a customer service complaint over three weeks ago now and have received no response. I have since found if I hit the button on one side only, it moves the pull. If I hit the button on the middle or to the other side, it sticks and won't move. I might expect this after wear and tear, but this is still very new. Be aware- lovely luggage but cheap or defective parts are hard to get a resolution on. Not just a resolution, a response.
