Great customer service. Flowers were similar but different

I've ordered from Urbanstems before and have had wonderful experiences both times. As for the flowers, one time it was as expected (dried flowers), the other they were fresh, but the arrangement was different than expected. I understand the arrangement and variety may change depending on what is available, however the colors were very different (whites and reds instead of oranges and yellows). Regardless, the recipient enjoyed them very much and the Urbanstems team was quick to own up for the difference. I look forward to ordering again, however know that depending on what is available you may get slight variations.
