This item was returned. Spent hours on the phone with customer service and could never get this camera to connect to the DVR. DELETING APPS, rebooting and resetting DVR , resetting cameras every time the don’t connect. It should never be this difficult. I can’t even give a star on this product because I never got to use it. So this review is solely based on my experience. The one star is because I was given no choice if I wanted to post this response.
