This review is about my most recent Treasure Craft Box order. What disappointed me most was not the product itself, but the customer service. The company's website states that if a customer is unhappy with a purchase, they are willing to work with them to address their concerns. Based on that, I reached out politely to explain my disappointment. I received a generic response that did not address my concerns. When I respectfully explained why the proposed solution was not meaningful to me, I received no reply. I followed up again and was completely ignored. As a long-term customer, I found this unprofessional and disappointing and rude. A simple response, even if the answer was "no," would have been far more respectful than silence. Most of the products I have purchased from this brand have been beautiful, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has significantly changed my perception of the CCC.
