It's been a weird spring and early summer here in Northern Arizona. Very little rain. Temperatures have been like a roller-coaster. Started warm in Jan-Feb, everything wakes up, early start for spring but temperatures drop in Mar. Freeze all the new growth and everything dies. April warms up and all the plants try again to sprout new growth but, temperatures drop again in May stuffing out what energy the garden and orchard had left.
So, with the lack of rain and the weather playing Russian roulette, there was little opportunity to plant the native corn and have plan to try for next year.
I did put a few asparagus seeds in with the existing Mary Washington asparagus I have in a hoop house and all things considered, there are at least two new starts.
If we get the monsoons that are being predicted, I'll add more seeds.

Packaging is beautiful. The amount of seeds in the packet is generous, and they have all sprouted and growing beautifully. I ordered around 12 packets of seed of different plants and all the packets are gorgeous. I will definitely be using Seed Alliance for all my seeds.
