Quality is not the same

I’ve been purchasing hair from Baby Doll for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem until now. The hair just does not feel the same. I’ve purchased 2 sets of hair within a month because it just does not last. It falls out a lot. I’m constantly throwing balls of it in the trash. It usually feels “real” but the last 2X I’ve purchased, it feels different. It feels “fake” and cheap. I’ve noticed it singes now when I curl It and it’s never done that before. I use the same products and styling tools I’ve always used. This hair is different. I really hate to have to find another hair company because I’ve always been happy with my purchases. I’ve emailed my complaint and I’ve yet to hear back. Please go back to your normal quality of hair. You have one more purchase from me before I find another company :(

Absolutely love this hair. It held up great in the swimming pool and during wash day. My only con is that this hair definitely sheds. It sheds every time you touch, brush or wash it. My advice is to buy 1 bundle more than you need and actually have your stylist install it. The hair will thin out rapidly. So if you're on a budget and can handle the shedding, this is the way to go.

Texture

Not very fond of the texture of hair. It’s not soft. The smell isn’t too bad which is a plus. Took too long to ship.
