Normally, I really love this place! And my hair is on point. I ordered it a few weeks ago and just did an install. The hair was rough and brittle. Tangled and already shedding a little bit. Almost felt synthetic at first but i styled it and it and it looks nice. Maybe i just need to wash it first and itll settle in. Still love this place but was a little disappointed. Will definitely order from here again. This isnt a hate review. Just honest opinion :)
