Cocoa & shea body balm 120ml

Hard and grainy

I did not expect this body balm to be hard and grainy. When I opened the container, the balm looked dry and was cracked. It's the first time I tried this product so not sure how it should feel, but I will not be buying it again. The smell also lacks definition and isn't very pleasant.
